This is a unique opportunity to join the team in The Office of the CEO. You are “THE go-to” person in the organization and will be responsible for communicating on behalf of the CEO between several teams across the company. In this position, no two days are alike as one day you will be working with engineering and product teams and the next with business development and operations staff. You are highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 


  • Communicating effectively across teams is your number one responsibility
  • Drive the technical aspects of all projects including establishing data points needed for measuring success, reading/writing technical specs, and estimating time and resources needed for project completion
  • You are an extension of the CEO and will be coordinating internal resources to ensure the flawless execution of his vision 
  • Establish team goals, requirements and timelines for all projects
  • You will have your pulse on all past, present, and projects and be able to document all objectives, line out action items and communicate clearly to the CEO and all stakeholders 
  • Ensure all meetings have clear agendas and deliverables 


  • MUST HAVE at least 5+ years post-university on the job experience at a tech startup as a product/project manager or a similar role
  • Proven experience and ability to effectively multitask and deliver projects according to timeline
  • Your EQ is as important as your IQ
  • Possess in-depth understanding of project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated excellence in execution; ability to articulate, solve and close on complex problems
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, and being comfortable with constant change
  • Experience working with small, fast-moving, high capability teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work with all organizational levels including C-level executives


  • Highly organized and comfortable in an environment that is complex and deadline-driven
  • Possesses an innate sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Owner mentality
  • Effective time management, organization and prioritizing skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables and to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail, able to complete tasks quickly
  • Proven success delivering results individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment
  • Continuous improvement mentality with an ability to evaluate processes, seek out and implement internal or external best practices
