The Data Analyst will be responsible for ingesting and validating various types of data to ensure accuracy and improve customer outcomes. The Data Analyst will test and evaluate existing and potential data sources to measure their strengths and weaknesses. This individual will work alongside the public sector and product team to bridge information from customer requests to the Live Time product.


  • Ingest and validate various types of data within Banjo’s Live Time Platform
  • Investigate customers’ use of data
  • Ensure product updates and releases are data sound
  • Ensure the timely flow of information in order to meet specific time deadlines
  • Produce reports, create and manage complex spreadsheets of highly-sensitive information
  • Improves results by participating in and completing audits, identifying weaknesses and implementing improved changes
  • Utilize Excel to manipulate data  and create an analysis of quantitative and qualitative data that synthesizes the key learnings from our customers
  • Exercise discretion in handling confidential, non-routine information and facilitate communication between appropriate team members
  • Apply analytical and critical thinking skills quickly and accurately in a high-pressure situation
  • Provide advisory services in innovative ways that demonstrate the power of the Banjo platform across highly-complex and ever-changing situations


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1 year of professional or educational experience in software development
  • Candidates will be subject to a security investigation and will need to meet eligibility requirements to obtain a top-secret security clearance
  • Ability to accurately document and record customer information
  • QA knowledge
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Geospatial knowledge (GIS platforms a plus)
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks and projects at a time, prioritizing workload effectively, and thriving in a dynamic and complex environment.
