The Implementation Manager will be responsible for the implementation of Banjo products in consultation with customers and other members of the team. To be successful in this role, you will be the hands-on subject matter expert for project scoping, implementation and use. You will drive implementations to ensure they exceed our customers’ expectations both in terms of timeline, scope and smooth handover to the Account Management team. You will possess a maniacal focus on deliverables and you will accept nothing short of resounding praise from the customers you support to ensure they can achieve Banjo’s mission of saving lives and reducing human suffering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the successful scoping and implementation of the Banjo platform with customers across Federal, State and Local levels of the Public Sector
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Consult with customers for discovery and provide solutions
  • Troubleshoot, configure and provide solutions for diverse technical issues
  • Maintain thorough documentation of project work and client interactions
  • Provide timely status updates to management and customers
  • Communicate technical ideas and feedback to the project teams, business stakeholders and non-technical users

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • 3 + years of experience working with or in Public Sector
  • 4 + years of experience in managing the implementation of software start-to-finish
  • 3 + years of direct customer service/support experience
  • Experience with working on multiple projects at a time with competing timelines
  • Knowledge of network security, streaming video technology, and IoT technology are a plus
  • Working knowledge of API structures, programming languages, SaaS service implementations
  • Comfortable giving both in-person and remote presentations, hold Q&A sessions, run product demos
