The Head of Implementation will be a hands-on leader, who is able to perform the role of Implementation Manager as needed. This position will also oversee the team that is responsible for the implementation of Banjo Public Sector products in consultation with customers from Public Safety to State and Local Officials and other members of the fast-growing team. 


  • Responsible for overachievement of key metrics relating to customer and internal team success
  • Lead and scale the Implementation team to effectively meet customer growth demands; There will be multiple new hires a week/month
  • Organize the team to make decisions quickly and with precision to stay ahead of rapid growth in customer base as well as within their organization
  • Accountable for meeting implementation deadlines and project requirements
  • Responsible for the overall implementation function 
  • Manage the allocation of implementation’s resources to effectively meet customer demands
  • Provide leadership to all Implementation Managers on a day-to-day basis, leading by example with clear alignment to Banjo objectives and culture


  • Proven experience implementing multiple large customers simultaneously while managing a large queue of additional implementations
  • 10+ years of experience as a leader in high-growth SaaS companies selling into the Public Sector
  • Track record of successfully scaling organizations domestically and globally
  • Leadership experience working in or with Government Entities or Agencies
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus


  • Must be able to qualify for Top Secret clearance
  • Possesses an innate sense of urgency to deliver for the business while also effectively working collaboratively as part of a team

  • Effective time management, organization and prioritizing skills. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple deliverables and to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail, able to complete tasks quickly
