Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO

The Sr. Executive Assistant (EA) will be responsible for coordinating the day to day schedule and travel for the CEO as well as assisting with meeting presentations, and communicating to top executives inside and outside of the company. This role is one of many inside the Office of the CEO and you will work with other EA’s and support positions within the team, acting as the gatekeeper for the CEO internally and externally. 

This is not a role you can learn, but you must already be a master at your craft with many years of experience as an EA to C level execs. The pace at Banjo is feverish each and every day, with top-level meetings being planned throughout each day. The work is tough but very rewarding. 


  • Ability to multitask (Are you used to 3 things at a time? At Banjo you will be doing 20 things at once. We mean that.)
  • The day doesn’t end at 5 pm or on Fridays; our CEO is on the go 24/7/365 and that is why we have many talented people supporting his vision
  • Experienced making important decisions on the spot, often in highly stressful and time-sensitive situations
  • Stay calm under pressure
  • Extremely well organized (this can’t be emphasized enough as even simple mistakes can lead to millions in lost opportunity)
  • Extensive Google calendar and travel management experience
  • Well-spoken and professional (In this position you will meet the top corporate and global leaders, so you have to present accordingly)
  • Minimal travel required as there is a team that travels with the CEO that will coordinate with this position


  • 8+ years of EA experience, ideally with supporting C-level executives
  • Bachelor's degree
  • High-level of confidentiality, discernment, and judgment
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar)
  • Ability to manage other EA’s and staff on the team
  • Experience managing expense reports
  • Comfortable interfacing with high-profile clients and global business professionals
  • Must be able to accommodate last minute travel, work long weekdays and weekend hours as needed
