Banjo is looking for a Junior Digital Designer

Banjo is looking for a Junior Digital Designer who enjoys crafting a rapid iteration of ideas into impactful creative content. The primary output will be marketing collateral communicating Banjo’s unprecedented ethical Artificial Intelligence that helps people make better decisions faster in public-safety situations. Secondary projects include supporting social media, offline events, and brand development. This opportunity is ideal for a talented self-starter who is hungry for hands-on experience with design that will make a difference in people’s lives.

  • Ideation, design, and execution of creative concepts for internal/external partners
  • Ensure all graphic content associated with our brand is consistent across all deliverables
  • Create social media assets under the direction of Banjo’s marketing lead
  • Support various design needs including offline events, promotional items, etc.
  • Catalog all assets, presentations, creative, artwork, etc. in a logical and easily accessible manner; ensure assets are current


  • College degree in design or 2+ years of work experience
  • Highly proficient with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong working knowledge of Keynote and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle a high-volume environment with rapid turnaround times and manage multiple tasks and project details
  • Has a collaborative approach to design, working with other team members and departments to create literature, advertising, digital marketing, packaging, and trade show graphics
  • Able to produce projects that are free from grammar and spelling issues; technically sound; and optimized for their intended use on digital or print platforms
  • Understands how to implement a brand style guide across multiple touchpoints
  • Strong communication skills to be able to share designs, feedback, and timelines
  • Displaying highest personal integrity and ethics

  • Articulate individual, possessing solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven success delivering results individually and as part of a team in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
