As a Technical Recruiter, you will source, market, screen, and manage all aspects through the technical hiring process. Our team members have diverse backgrounds but all of us share a passion for solving hard technical challenges. We are a very collaborative A-team and everyone has a significant impact.

You will

  • Screen passive candidates through networking, research, internal referrals, blogs and online forums
  • Analyze interview feedback, extend/negotiate offers, and close candidates for a variety of roles
  • Serve as a knowledgeable, personable ambassador of the company at conferences, tech talks, happy hours, career fairs, and other public-facing venues
  • Act as a source of knowledge through continuous learning and providing new and creative ideas to your team
  • Build and maintain internal partnerships to ensure a smooth and efficient recruiting process
  • All administrative duties and recordkeeping

Requirements And Qualifications Include

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Full cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing high-quality candidates, preferably in the areas of technology and engineering
  • Both Agency and in-house experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills; ability to interact with team members and candidates of all stature with professionalism and tact
  • The ability to think creatively and go beyond the standardized templates
  • Passionate about the mission, product, and culture of Banjo
  • Equally passionate about recruiting and technology – you keep abreast of news and trends of both industries
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
