Banjo, the live-time intelligence company, is seeking an Customer Success Rep who not only thrives on taking a new technology to market and ensuring success, but also consistently challenges scaling time and resources.

We’re located in Park City, Utah (Kimball Junction; 20 miles from Salt Lake City), but our customers are in multiple time zones with different levels of technical or product expertise and various internal hurdles to maximize time. Yet, leveraging our product will change their careers; and success at Banjo will change yours.

Essential skills / Requirements

  • Tech. We’re a technology company. You’re not an engineer, but tech literate
  • Relationship maker: By phone, conference calls, email, text, in person, on video, etc...
  • Curiousity. If you aren’t asking questions, you’re not doing your job
  • 3 - 5 years experience in building a book; success
  • The rest… Transportation. Off hours availability. A will to win.
