Visionary Product Leader for Leading Artificial Intelligence Company

Park City, Utah, United States Full-time

This is a highly influential position at a leading global AI company where you will drive the vision of the Founder & CEO. You will have great responsibility that will have significant impact, guiding the company in developing and shipping groundbreaking products.

This is NOT a manager role where you are just managing the building of products. You MUST be a visionary; the ability to create products that have never been built or even conceptualized. You are creating a new way to do something, not a better mousetrap like 99% of companies out there. There are no products to copy or to even be inspired by. It has to come from you, from scratch. You will lead this, but you will also be the one rolling up your sleeves and doing the work yourself, not downstream as it is unlikely they have the vision to put together the high level framework.

One minute you will be doing high-level strategic thinking and the very next you will be helping to drive implementation alongside functional teams. You will help to solve some of the most difficult technical problems yet your design should present a product that is effortless for the world to use.

You MUST have several years of experience building and launching complex software products into production, managing employees, and working in a fast-paced demanding environment that is constantly changing and evolving. 99.9% of people who apply for this position will not qualify because they mistakenly think they are capable of this level, so why will you? Again, this is not to manage other product people (as that will happen as a byproduct), this is to build the future. Period.

One promise we will make, is that every day you will be pushing the boundaries. The result of what we are creating will change the very fabric of the way we live today.

The Director of Product has a deep knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UI, sales, customer support, finance or marketing. This position requires that you have the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. Most importantly, you will be able to articulate clear vision across multiple teams involving complicated techniques that you learn to simplify. This position is based in Park City at Kimball Junction.
